Please note that it is our policy to always offer particular "summer" weeks to our returning guests before offering them to others. We usually have confirmation for most weeks by February or so. If a week that you are interested in is pending confirmation ask us and we can check to see if it might be available.

General Rates, including all fees. No additional costs, (except if sheets and towels are supplied):
The homes rent weekly-only in the months of late-May, June, July, August, and most of September. Saturday-to-Saturday
Rental rates during the summer months of July and the first three weeks of August are $2,800 per week. The rate generally includes all fees, etc..
June, the end of of August and September/October are available at reduced rates of $2,600.00 to $1,400.00 per week.
Generally a 3 nights minimum for weekends in late-September, October and early-May and also holiday breaks and weekends, such as President's Day weekend, Christmas break, etc.
May/September/October, winter and spring rates are $ 1,300.00 to $1,800.00 per week, $850.00 for three night weekend, $675.00 for a 2 night weekend stay. $675 for 3 night weekday or $475.00 for a two night weekday stay, with additional nights $125.00 each.
Reduced rates for other weeks including May, June, September and October as well as fall, winter and spring.
- Holiday's are higher with 3-day minimums. (Including President's Day weekend).
- Rates and minimum stays may be less for a single or a couple, young family or for late bookings.

There is flexibility in the fall and spring with weeks, split weeks and weekends available.
